Easy Mexican Soup
POINTS® value: 1
Serving size: 1 cup

Ingredients:
1 can fat free chicken broth
1 can fat free refried beans (Old El Paso)
1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chiles)

Instructions:
Dump all cans in pot and heat.

Other suggestion (adjust POINTS accordingly):
crumble a few Baked Tostitos on top (10 Baked Tostitos= 1 POINT)
toasted pita bread! (small wheat pita=1 POINT)
Fat Free Sour Cream
Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese Blend
