Broccoli Casserole Servings: 6 Points: 2 Ingredients: 2 - 20 oz bags frozen broccoli, thawed, cooked and drained 2 cups fat-free sour cream 1 pkg dry onion soup mix 3/4 cup fat-free shredded cheddar Directions: Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Spray a 1 quart casserole pan with nonstick spray. Mix broccoli, sour cream and onion soup mix. Spread in pan and sprinkle with cheddar. Bake 30 minutes.
